Skylt Ultramatt Invisible Wood Finish.

 

Sklyt Ultramatt - Natural look is from a Dutch Company called Rigostep, and Skylt is one of those products that really does what it says on the tin.

This 2 part Polyurethane, with 3 coats, hardly changes the natural untreated appearance of the wood at all. Only by looking very carefully at the wood, can you noticee a very slight blurring of grain detail, and that is only because i know i applied the stuff!

Product details: Skylt comes in 1 or 3 Litre tubs (with smaller bottles of part B, which is the reactor, which you mix 1:20). You mix up the two components in a clean kettle or bucket, stir thoroughly and leave for 10 minutes to react. Stir again. After this the mixed product must be used within 2-3 hours.

Application: with a brush or roller. Sand with a sanding block, or for floors with a polisher with a green pad, in between coats for a perfect finish.

Skylt is a commercial grade protector, suitable for heavy duty wear in shops and restaurants, and is suitable for wooden floors, parquet, corkfloors, furniture, and mineral substrates such as concrete, as well as linoleum and most PVC flooring.
